The project manager will have the overall responsibility for managing BISE business operations and will work with and be directly responsible to the BISE Governing Body as his/her employer. The project manager will be responsible for meeting the agreed individual targets and KPIs.
The project manager will also play a key role in maintaining BISE strategic direction, culture and ethos. He or she will be responsible for leading, inspiring and managing staff, for the efficient and effective deployment of resources, and for maintaining appropriate accountability at all times.
The project manager will be directly responsible for the effectiveness of the members of the team including all financial matters.

1. Educated to a degree level.
2. At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in schools or education related organisations.
3. Demonstrate good understanding and knowledge of the international K-12 education sector.

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:
An education degree/PGCE; In-depth understanding of the nature of effective teacher training; Experience in academic administration.

Salary Range: 16,000 - 25,000 CNY before tax;
