An established IB school in Xi’an is looking to hire a Primary EAL Teacher for August 2025 start. They are looking for someone with at least two years of teaching experience. IB PYP teaching experience is preferred.

1. Base monthly salary range:18000 - 24000 RMB before tax
2. Overseas living allowance 5500RMB per month
3. Housing allowance from 3500 RMB per month
4. Flights reimbursement 12000 RMB per year
5. Training allowance 5000RMB per year
6. One month salary as a contract completion bonus
7. Visa and shipping allowance, relocation assistance, international medical insurance for the teacher and their dependents
8. Tuition fee waiver for staff children or childcare at the school for young children

This school in Xi’an was founded in 2003. It is the first IB World School authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization in the northwest region of China, providing IB Programme continuum from kindergarten to high school. It is also the only SAT and AP test centre authorized by the American College Board in the northwest region of China.
